FarmLinks Golf Club is an 18-hole, championship Hurdzan-Fry Golf Course Design golfing experience! The course was built by Landscapes Unlimited Inc. of Lincoln, NE and was designed to flow with the various natural elements contained on the 3,500-acres Hurdzan-Fry had to work with. FarmLinks is located at Pursell Farms in Sylacauga, AL so the terrain is dotted by lakes and ponds, streams, trees, rolling hills and mountains, wet lands and even wild life.

The course measures 7,444 yards from its back tees and multiple tees are offered to accommodate golfers of any level. This magnificent course offers a challenging but enjoyable experience for all golfers!

Beyond a great round (or rounds) of golf, FarmLinks offers more to the public, golf industry and future of the game. FarmLinks is touted as the world’s first research and demonstration golf course, created to showcase turf and golf industry innovation and product performance through the course’s ability to serve as a living laboratory and ongoing focus group for industry leaders. Owned by the Pursell Family and in conjunction with Pursell Technologies Inc. (PTI), FarmLinks has a vested interest in not only the golf industry but the turf industry as well. To further the objective of showcasing industry innovation and extending research and demonstration in a real world setting, Pursell Technologies enrolled premier turf industry partners into the FarmLinks venture. This created a conglomerate of high profile corporations such as The Toro Co., Club Car, Inc. and Syngenta (please see our Partners page), all contributing to the Experience at FarmLinks.

From I-65 in Birmingham: take 459N to highway 280, make a right on 280 and go approximately 30 miles to 2nd stoplight in Childersburg, take a right on County Rd, follow to dead end, make a right and the course is just ahead on the left.  Get Driving directions to: 2200 FarmLinks Blvd. View Farmlinks Golf Club with Google Earth. When prompted, Open the File, then depending on your security software settings you may also have to click the Allow Button, to allow the web site to open Google Earth on your computer. Google Earth is a Free Program available from Google. If you do not already have Google Earth installed, you will need to download and install the application when prompted.
